Welcome to Atmosphere X. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.atmospherex.cool), products, and services. By accessing or using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Products & Services
Atmosphere X offers photocatalytic air-purification sprays and related products designed to break down odors, VOCs, smoke, mold, bacteria, viruses, and other organic compounds into harmless CO₂ and water vapor. Our products are intended for use in homes, offices, vehicles, and other indoor environments and continue working for up to 4 months when properly applied.
2. Orders and Purchases
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless stated.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Payment must be received in full before shipment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within the United States unless otherwise arranged.
- Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs), provided they are in original condition.
- Opened or used products are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

5. Limited Warranty
Atmosphere X products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from purchase. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper application, or normal wear. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to replace or refund the defective product at our discretion. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Product Use & Safety
- Our products are safe and gentle for most surfaces when used as directed.
- Always follow label instructions. Test on a small inconspicuous area first.
- Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest.
- Results may vary depending on environmental conditions, light exposure, and proper application.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atmosphere X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, product names, and scientific descriptions on this site are the property of Atmosphere X and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Governing Law
